How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number 1 -2 days after we have shipped your order.

Expect delivery in 5-9 business days after processing your order.
Can you help with a defective product?
We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to goopikstore@gmail.com with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
Please note that any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.
How do I request an exchange or a return?

How do I change or cancel an order?
You may change or cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support Team before the order is processed. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Returns or exchanges are handled as per our policy.
